Fanal collects information you provide directly — such as your name, email address, and organisation details when you sign up — and data generated through your use of the service, including incident payloads, pipeline metadata, and usage logs.
We use your data solely to provide and improve the Fanal service: running the AI agent pipeline, generating notifications, and improving detection accuracy. We do not sell your data to third parties.
Incident data is stored in Google Cloud SQL (PostgreSQL) hosted in the EU. Pipeline traces and enriched contexts are retained for 90 days by default. You may request deletion at any time.
When you connect Slack, Jira, or other integrations, we access only the permissions required to deliver notifications. We do not store OAuth tokens beyond what is necessary for ongoing operation.
